Speaking to some Russians one day in the shop, they told me the best way to eat Caviar is to make a fist and spread the Caviar onto your knuckle, leave for 10 seconds to bring to body temperature and then devour.

The best way to serve the finest Pate De Foie Gras is on shavings of homemade Melba toast and a spoonful of Rose Petal Jelly served on the side.

While digging for Truffles in Tuscany North of Italy I came across the most fantastic Truffle Honey served with aged Pecorino cheese on toasted Foccicia bread, the perfect desert to any meal.
